Is it possible to execute php script in javascript?

for example : when i done typing like username, it will automaticly check the data by php in javascript, it will return some alert.

No it's N/A, JavaScript used as Client side programming language but Php is a server side... Each one of them works on a different environment, so something like that is not logical.

JavaScript -in general- treats only with "DOM".
