I added 1 to 12 am or pm display plus leading 0 on minutes and seconds. Definitely want the leading 0. The am or pm might ask user if they want it.

For me, I think making this clock running with 12 hour format much easier... and it's gonna add a UX enhancement, and of course you Must put some CSS
