what is the best way to start studying frameworks? Angular or React! why?

Both have their own pros and cons.

For me, I would choose React.js
I can even build native apps for iOS and Android using the same React Native codes. React Native is based on React.js design concept.

I'll probably start with angular, and then I'll build what's next, I can switch to React!
