By order of operations, you would do 9**1 first, yielding 9, and then divide by 2, resulting in 4.5 .

9**2 means 9*9 9**1 means only 9 and 1/2 = 0.5 so 9*0.5=4.5 😃

according to precedence, 9**1 is evaluated first. 9**1 is nothing but 9^1 that is 9. 9/2 is 4.5

9**1/2 how can we write 9? 3*3 that is 3 square =9 so the power of 3 is 2, 2 *1/2= 1. hence the answer is 3...
