I think around 40 days: it was built in visual basic 6 (that was not the first app, because first app i don't actually remember how long it took). That 40 days app was a desktop app that let users to collect data about HIV consultations and store it in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (8). It has ability to differentiate users, print reports, export data in Excel spreadsheet etc. I've built it for IAN (international Aid Network) NGO.

We created an app for our school in like 4 days, we were 20 people. Sadly it hasn't been updated yet because nobody has time to fix bugs.

I took about a week to make a tip calculator in Xamarin for Android.

Well I created dozens of apps from tutorials before trying my first. Honestly my first from scratch merely tested 1 bit of functionality needed for my first true production app. I proved basic auth from android to an API I made from scratch in Golang. Guess that makes it two apps. It took me 3 days because I had to learn both ends (Android & Golang) simultaneously. Another way of looking at it is it took 3 months as I needed every bit of study beforehand to accomplish this.
