I want to learn to program but I do not have the resources to do it and the little I learned it from you tube and courses in pdf

This app has everything you need to learn the basics of programming. Check out code playground. https://code.sololearn.com It is an online compiler you can use to test out various codes. Later, you probably will want to get access to a computer. Perhaps a library or local school will be willing to give you time to practice on theirs.

i would advice you to first learn english i know it would be difficult but it stands between you and your goal as a bottleneck. If you are even a bit serious about learning to code than also try to learn english. Most of the resources are in english so it would be worth it. Also once you start understanding(at least understanding) english you can learn a lot more than now. And if you decide to learn english do it along with code dont stop it.
