Please HELP ME!!!!! AYUDAAAA!!!

Question

I was typing a code, casual and i just combining all the new learned for me, functions with parameters, and the random command with loops. Then I think OMG, why not combine functions in loops, hahah and I just code some random, the cleaning the code and then typing best things, and finally, I don't understand very well WTF code.
How the code can't work if a erase the "count2++", because my "count1++" is adding the same thing.
