For creating slider, which one is better for creating, javascript or jquery?

I researched that slider could to design with css too, but i know at least that it is not fit for design, because css is for pressentation and the run time become slow , so i wana to know which programing language is better for creating slider.

you can make beatifull slider already with w3 or download and copy cofe if you need.

thank you, but for beatifull slider isn't better to creat with Jquery? as well as that, I don't know the basic of Bootstrap's language.

jQuery is Javascript. Bootstrap is also made with javascript.
