Very good. It is platform independent, widely used, and compiled into a bytecode before being interpreted, making it faster than other interpreted languages.

This is a question often asked by people and the answer is future is uncertain, i mean java is a really popular programming language and there will always be a scope for Java. Android apps are programmed in Java and XML, and we all know that future of android is bright. Well, its not only about Android. Java is a really good programming language and so many popular softwares are built using Java. Python is becoming more and more popular day by day , that doesn’t mean Java is going to fade away. They both hold their own places in the market. There will always be a place for Java. And NO, it will not be replaced by any other programming language , (at least in the near future of 5–10 years).
