you have lerned html so do some test in that look www.w3c.org for reference. after html5 and maby u lern php and after that JavaScript. css is more in the feald of design . persinaly i make php and then if neaded(html and css) .JavaScript is client based and your site suld function whitour it some efects ca n j use html5 and css3. JavaScript is fore extra confort fotr the user and i add that last i use to rely on other fore the design but can make a cleen design. people have a more feel for design or function and ic one do both one of them gets les good

There are many more step have to keep learning web programming. Actually web programming is not simple way. Here are many more way to be web programmer.
Recent most use php mysql base web program in linux server but here are dozen of popular CMS based on php as like wordpress,joomla,magenta etc. if you want php base web programmer, first you have to learn start HTML >css> javascript > Php +mysql>ajax>linux server basic
other hand python, java also use cross OS for web programming.
if you love windows server,you can start learn HTML> vb script> javascript> Asp.net>mssql.
All learn w3schools may be better for new.
