What technology i need to build working website?

Hi Guys,
I want to build a working website for me and my friends when we could place informations that will stay there. Some kind of place when we will save our opinions about restaurants from our city. I already know html, css, JS and JQuery basics. I want to develop knowledge I already have, but I want to know what kind of technology I need next. PHP is must know if I want to build this kind of site?

PHP is required when you need to work on server side data base.Angular js is also good option for dynamic web
