Where do you find the lesson and quiz factory?

I was wondering where you will find the lesson and quiz factory. Someone please tell me!

Currently the Lesson and Quiz Factory is only available on android devices which are running SoloLearn v2.0,
There is no Lesson or Quiz Factory for IOS (iPhone or Ipad) which are still running v1,2.
These features are not available on the website either,
Hopefully soon.. ...
