That sound more like a kind of homework assignment than a challenge ^^
However, are you sure you don't be confuse between "one line" and "obfuscated" code?
Because second ones are often reduced to one line, but that's not what is usually called "onliner"... and you request for no "oneliners" because you need a code for your homework assignement that remain readable (so, not "obfuscated") to avoid the work to get it presentable, but by the way, I would be surprised if your request could be done with an elegant (not quite infinite obfuscated line) oneliner :P

i shall fight for freedom and equality of codes of all languages and number of lines. more seriously you should make simpler and copiable rules..not easy to think about your problem the way you present it.
