When I declared a variable like public int n the compiler is showing an error stating that it is the illegal start of an expression. Why is that. I am using JDK 1.8. Please help

Can i access to private class var's? Ex. public class me{ private Int a = 1; private Int b = 20; } then we have the constructor and gets and setters, but in other class can I get the values of a and b? calling class or never because its private? How?

Can someone explain this code to me.... class ReverseNumberDemo { public static void main(String args[]) { int num=123456789; int reversenum =0; while( num != 0 ) { reversenum = reversenum * 10; reversenum = reversenum + num%10; num = num/10; } System.out.println("Reverse of specified number is: "+reversenum); } } the thing I don't get is the reversenum part......isn't reversenum=0 so wouldn't reversenum*10=0
