why in a normal list the brackets do not appear, and an empty list if they appear?

What ever I learned here most of the things are not working in turbo c++ ? i.e . instead of iostrem I have to write iostream. h . why is this so?? also it is not accepting this- using namespace std;

In the continue Loop -
i = 0
while True:
i = i +1
if i == 2:
print("Skipping 2")
continue
if i == 5:
print("Breaking")
break
print(i)

It shows the output being
"1
Skipping 2
3
4
Breaking
Finished"
Why are the last three lines not
"Breaking
5
Finished"
Where it shows print(i) after break?

Numbers:4, 5.
Byt the code:
