Should I need to know these things?

As We all know technology has spread so far away in the world. As I am a Newbie learning programming every time a big question comes in my mind is this.
Should I need to know all these to become a real complete sof devlper? How RAM is built? How GPU is built? How to create a Monitor? How Ram is created what does those small holes in ram creatrd by and why Ram structure is like that only.
How Camera device is created? How a Remote Control Car is created? And Many other things currently word limits reach.

They look like requirements for an IT technician, rather than a software developer. I'd say you could be a successful developer without any extensive hardware knowledge.
