How can i copy audio files from my file manager, maybe from a Smartphone or A tablet, into my web page and it would play?

Good day!
I just finished the Audio Element Class on HTML5, and i tried practice it, but i was unable to.
I tried copying the Storage path of the Device, so as to paste it on the web page:- it wasn't working.

just copy the file to your desktop and specify the src path, for example C:/Users/Your username/Desktop/theaudiofile.mp3
