Take the udacity.com 's course of android developer. There are no prerequisite. Having a coding experience in any programming language might help. In 3 months they will teach you how to connect to internet and the use of database in android app (study time 10hrs/week). There is also a paid course for this at udacity which will give you a certificate after complition. There is no difference in the free course and nanodegree except for the certificate part and they provide mentors for nanodegree students.
