@Jan Thanks for sharing that link. I haven't tinkered with a Raspberry Pi yet.

However, I was curious about using it on my kid's hoverboard for the following features:

- Better controls of the built-in Bluetooth speakers.
- Track distance, speed stats, and gyro data if any of that could be tracked.
- Mobile App to access recorded data.

I have a feeling I may need to purchase a separate gyroscope / accelerometer like the ones in the link below:

However, it would be nice if the RPi could interface with the built-in hardware.
