0 1 2 3 4

now putting i**3 before tells to cube each number same as

0**3 1**3 2**3 3**3 4**3

with result

0 1 8 27 64

these are called list comprehensions

this create list with number in less then 5 (0,1,2,3,4) and these numbers are cubed like 0^3,1^3...
