My concern... why is there so little time given for some of the tasks in php challenges?

I am getting demotivated by challenges. I feel that in quite some number of challenges there is too little time given to choose an answer(s). As for html it seemed fine, but as for php, I feel that in some cases I even struggle to read the whole question before the time rans out... in many cases I answer it correctly only if I have done the task before and have memorized the answer. But I doubt that it is an intended goal of this activity, or do I miss something?

You're right, in many cases the time seems insufficient especially if you have to do calculations. On the other hand the challenges are written in a confusing way (many of them at least) and that only makes the situation worse.

yeah that's true :) the calculations get tricky... even though I do love math :))
