Exercises for Learning

Hello people, good night. First I'm sorry for my bad english, , is not my native language. Well, I started learning programming a few months ago - eternal thanks to SoloLearn and his community for that. I finished some courses, researched a lot about the whole theory and now I ask myself the following: OK, but what do I do with all this? I mean, how do I put all this into practice? I tried the W3Resource exercises ( https://www.w3resource.com/csharp-exercises/ for example), however it is extremely annoying to have to use the site with a slow internet connection. I'd like to practice something beyond the typical Console.WriteLine used on most of them - which ends my initial motivation. Something that really helps me to fix the content - learn, in fact. Keeping repeating the lessons of the times and times is not much fun. Would anyone have any suggestions? Thank you very much for your attention, good night. Note: I'm trying to start with C # and Ruby for no particular reason, but my focus is on game development and - long-term - artificial intelligence.

Thanks, really I did not think about looking for exercises on Youtube. I watched some tutorials only (ex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSiIHe2uZ2w ). As I said, my english is not very good and interpreting speech is more complicated than written text. The content in portuguese is very shallow. But I'll take a look, thank you again! Ps: Oh I'm sorry. I replied using a notebook and my nickname appeared as "Faherya". really am me, I use on other sites, but do not know why the change. PsÂČ: Ignore, the nickname appears different when accessing the site by a browser and by the application.
