How long is unity?

I have asked a lot of questions about unity lately and I thank you all for helping me. But once again there is something I wish to know; how long does it take to learn unity? I have started their tutorials but I’m not sure how long it will be until the tutorials are over and/or when I will know enough to create something of my own.

Hello again Jax! So when it comes to Unity, there is a lot to learn, the reason being that there is so much that you can do to create a good game. For the scripting, as Unity does use JavaScript and C#, I would suggest going through the lessons on both of those languages here and then go through some tutorials on using them with Unity once your finished as they both do have additional things to use with Unity. If you're looking to get started with 3D game development, I would suggest the tutorials on YouTube by Jimmy Vegas as he explains a lot of aspects about Unity that could really help you out. Additionally, he also has his own website where he posts all of his scripts and assets that he used in his tutorial so that you could follow along. Hope this helped!

It won’t be anytime this year and probably not the next either so I would be 15 or 16 then.

From what it seems, I think it should be fine for you to do so, as long as the app follows the community guidelines (which I'm sure it will). If you want, you should check out this website for information on posting apps onto the app store - https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-submit-an-ios-app-to-the-app-store--mobile-16812

I know it’s not a language but it helps me so much with the graphics and you can write your own code to control things within it so it’s not doing all the work for you.

Thanks Faisal, you don’t happen to know if I can legally pay the $35.00 a month and put the game on the App Store or google play and make money, at the age of 14?
