How can I type roman letters in html????

Calvin nailed it. Roman letters are just normal characters that you can type/copy and doesn't require any special encodings.

Well, I guess no one understood the question... (or maybe I didn't) If you don't have a keyboard with Latin alphabet, you can use a virtual keyboard. It's just a program that shows a keyboard on the screen, and instead of typing your physical keyboard, you click on the letters of the keyboard in your screen. Usually you can set the language of the keyboard, and this way you can enter different letters. If you are using Windows, it already has a virtual keyboard; just search it on your computer :)
