In the Backend there is really nothing defined about what technology is best to use. That depends on you and the languages you use. Even many opinions that you will receive here are based on the tastes and experiences of the people.

However, almost always the first contact with a language in the Backend is through PHP, so it may be something to consider.

For my part, I have seen the adoption of ASP.NET and Node.js a lot and I think they are technologies that should be taken into account in the coming years.
