How I can build a app like whatsapp, and azar. I to say what kind of language I have to know to build a video calling app like azar?

If you're able to create/use a web voice Engine wich let you talk/phone about webservers you could use cordova/phonegap on your pc to develop android app using html css js but maybe it would not work because of the web engine
