Does anyone else keep losing challenges because of this? I keep seeing blank screens that are timing out w/no Q/As displayed.
The challenges are getting hung or showing nothing at all but still timing out. It really sucks because I really enjoy the challenges. :( Do I need to submit my screenshots of this and a bug report somewhere?

Hi Kayla... I would definitely report this with screen shots to info@sololearn.com. It may help to specify your app version and which version of iOS or Android you are on.
I have noticed these timeouts myself. However, if the question hasn't loaded yet, it allows me to pick up where I left off. Only time I lose the point is if it times out when I'm attempting to submit an answer. This has only happened 2 or 3 times total for me.

Iâve submitted a bug report and pertinent information about the phone. So, when this happens, I should be able to back out of the challenge & come back to it? Wonât I still miss that question? Itâs weird, the timer behaves normally but no question nor answer is displayed on the screen at all. Iâve had intermittent connection errors with the app and I think it may be related. I havenât noticed this with other apps I use, but to be fair, I probably donât use them as much.

Huh, that's really weird. I've never really had that happen to me, but the animations do sometimes take a while to load for some reason.
If you want to send a bug report, on the main screen, press on the 3 dots in the top left, and press feedback. From there, change the type of feedback to bug report via the drop down list, and report the bug. This should be read by people and checked out, so it would probably be your best option if it keeps on happening.

Iâve had it happen to me once where I clicked the submit button and it said time out
