It's not necessary but i would consider you to not just open it but also benefit from it by opening it whenever you are free (leisure time) rather browsing or watching other stuff :)

Nope, I check it at 7-8 o’clock when I wake up. And I am on it from 9-10 o’clock most nights. Then I check it throughout the day.
