once u get familiar with it it's not......
yes it's sensitive about upper case and lower case but the ide's. help you easily avoid that mistakes

Java is a strongly typed language, which means it'll keep punishing you if you make even the smallest mistakes like missing out the a particular function begins with an uppercase character and you mistakenly used a lowercase one. This usually pissed me off in the beginning, but once you get over it you'll just love it because of all the features which it'll provide to you like tons of API and pre-built methods for almost everything.

To learn completely, nothing is, but to learn syntax to be good, it is a more challenging language.
