Learn HTML for learning the basic structure of webpage. Learn CSS for learning how to style the HTML. Learn JavaScript for adding functionality to the webpage. You can learn Bootstrap after that it is framework of CSS. Then learn jQuery It is a JavaScript Library used to make JavaScript code easier.

Sorry, you cannot. But Wordpress is a free platform to try if you want and there are lots of tutorials available on the internet. Here, you can learn HTML and CSS if you want to learn just the basics you need enough to start creating your web page. So, first learn HTML and then CSS here. Always ask if you need any kind of help. Happy coding life!

Learn this way: HTML >>Wordpress (or other platform you use for website) >>CSS (there are different plugins you can use to include css on wordpress but you should still learn) >> JavaScript >> Jquery >> If you're more interested, go for PHP >> React (JavaScript framework) >> Angular JS You can also learn Software like Adobe dreamweaver and Corel web designer to make it easier for you to add CSS and JavaScript

For your convenience, just try to learn Wordpress. If you want to advance yourself a step further, learn HTML and CSS. If you're interested and comfortable with learning and coding, you can learn more languages in a sequence.
