What is the best compiler to run all languages of web development and game development

I was using codeblocks compiler but it's not responding well and not easy to use .does anyone know which is the best compiler except codeblocks?

you're looking for an IDE, not a compiler.

and, there are no one stop ide for developing every language ( except vim, emacs but these aren't for beginners )

You can try using Visual Studio, it supports web, mobile, game development out of the box.

@Martin Taylor, out of the box, ya, they are editors.
but you can make them far better than any ide using macros and plugins :)
