Which programming language is good/the best for solving mathematical problems?

Fortran is one of the standard for a part of the industry. C and C++ have good libraries for it. Python is very good and has a great ecosystem if performance is not critical. Matlab is quite good and is free for university students. I think theres also Mathematica and Wolfram but I dont know if these are programming languages or frameworks.
