Is the certificat official

The certificate that i get after passing is it valable in real life does it have any value ? Thanks

Not really, it's merely symbolic. At least I don't know of any company that would accept it as an actual certificate but it can function as a proof that you indeed dedicated some of your time to programming.
It could have value in real life, it's all up to people, they decide what bares and what doesn't bare any value.

I don't know what can get you into a university in France, here in Hungary we have to take a so called matura exam of 3 mandatory subjects and 2 optional and you can choose informatics too (that's what I chose a year ago) and then you get your points based on your test results.
