Best 2d game engine running on c++ that can export to android.

Hi guys I was wondering if you can answer it. Unity takes c# :( and Unreal Engine 4 is humongously 3d-ish. I want a 2d only game engine with c++. Pls help me
If Android exported is available then dinner is on me ;)
