C++

Question

Hey guys,
I am done with C++ at SoloLearn, and I wanna create a program which deals with data functions like Excel. So with the knowledge earned at SoloLearn, am I able to do it? If so, direct me by where to start; and if not, what else advanced courses do I have to take and where to start?

If you want to interact with Excel, I believe you'll need to utilize Excel's API (assuming there is one). I'm not very familiar with Excel (unbelievable I know), but when someone needs their program to interact with something else, (more times than not) they will be required to utilize the application's/service's API.
