I don't think so, but can you do a cdn of something in HTML? It would be useful for me

With C/C++ you can to a limited degree using the preprocessor. Therefore, you can entirely if you wrote your own preprocessor. But why not just learn the language properly then?

It's not possible to change the syntax. But maybe you can find frameworks wich allows you to change your way to write HTML^^
