Any advice on how to memorize everything faster?

I'm a fast learner but not so good when it comes to memorizing stuff. And I'm having trouble remembering what I've already seen. Please help me. It would mean the world to me...

In programming , the most important work is to understand.
But it can't be denied that some parts need to be memorized.

As Hatsy said , you need to practice.

If you practice anything , you will remember them automatically. If you don't, you forget.

So I have to practice instead of
