To what extent should I learn ?

Question

they say every language has an infinite limit.. so what I should do... and is there a prerequisite thing to learn before learning a language
for the record I'm interested in web developmen so what should be my route and what to learn first front end or back end??

The least you should learn is to know everything a language can do as you can lookup the how as you need it. With practice, you will retain most of the hows.

Start with the frontend as knowledge of it's possibilities helps with seeing how the backend fits into the picture. Start with HTML. You don't have to finish a course before starting the next, but I recommend staying ahead in them. CSS should be followed by JavaScript to finish the frontend with jQuery.

You want to be web developer then you should go with Html Css JSP pHp Sql jQuery
