Copy your input in Hast String input field and check
Calculated hashes

I checked all possible hash algorithm with your $input string, but none of them outputted the same string as your $output string, maybe you should try @Prokopios suggestion.

This encryption is aes/cbc/nopadding it is not encoding it is decryption
