Am i missing html lessons?

Hi everyone!
I have completed the HTML course and have my certificate, but when competing in challenges using HTML I find that the answers to some of the questions weren't covered in the course.
Is this the way it is or am I missing something?

For example: One of the questions asks how to create an ordered list with lower case Roman numerals. This is something that wasn't shown in the course.

html challenge has (html + CSS ) questions.
so please, complete CSS course also for better performance.

Also I've come across the question:
"How do you create an internal hyperlink to a paragraph in the same document?"
