@Morpheus... I'm flattered that you would be interested in reading any material I would post in a blog.
It's interesting that you should ask. I've actually been considering the idea of starting a blog. Since becoming active in SoloLearn, I feel like I've been forming a bit of a writer's voice with information people would be interested in. I've also considered submitting articles to Medium.com.
Thanks for the compliment.

Some non programming related challenges many inexperienced developers struggle with are as follows:
- Knowing how and when to push back on out-of-scope requests or more generally speaking, knowing when to say no.
- Setting realistic expectations on the effort of a development task.
- Knowing how and when to ask for help from senior developers.
- Some will struggle with code reviews and take criticism personally.
- Many will struggle with searching for the right job based on culture, qualifications, interests, etc. Many will struggle with interviewing and communication skills in general.
- Many will struggle with knowing how qualified they really are. Some don't give themselves enough credit, while most will give themselves too much credit.
- Most will struggle with negotiating the proper salary.
- Many will struggle having to unlearn many of the bad coding practices taught in college.
- Many will struggle working with teams and learning about processes.
These are a few that come to mind.

Great answers... most of the times no-coding tasks have to be considered before coding because success in achieving our goals can often rely on them and not in code itself.

A lot struggle with not being good enough but are good, and those that think they are so good, are not that good programmers
