How does "most recent" work

Question

Just added an answer to a question.
I was expecting to see it in the most recent list.

But it do not see the question.

How does "most recent" work ?

Is it only for new questions or should I see also the question if a answer is added.

It must be a new post.

Here always shows latest post in Sololearn.
But one can check older posts by scrolling.

If a new post gets 5 posts then it may goes to Trending Category.
