Only 2041 Sololearners on FB?

I have just read that currently only 2041 Sololearners built the biggest and official FB group... Why isnt it more in releation of us entire members? What are you thinking about facebook? Should I delete it too?

I haven't been on Facebook for over a decade. I predicted that people could be manipulated subtly by Facebook years ago, so I avoided it. The last couple of years proved my concerns right... Russian Bots, Cambridge Analytica... it will only get worse from here on in.

Programmers are just more aware of these sorts of issues. A lot of programmers are also more aware of privacy than most people.

I have an interest in psychology, philosophy, politics and technology... these areas made me realise the problems ahead.

Nudge Theory + AI + Social Media + Big Data + A Rogue Player = Game over for democracy.

Watch this space... it will only get worse. My friends' mother asked me to delete her Facebook last week. Lots have people have listened to me, and either avoided Facebook, or have got me to lock down their account.

There are only 2037 today and the #deletefacebook trend is still going on...
FB try to fake it with some fakers and inactive new ones..

If you care about your privacy, delete facebook, if not, don't.

I have a Facebook account but I rarely visit it. It's a toxic land. I didn't even know that Sololearn has a Facebook page until now.

I don't use Facebook.
I was always sceptical about it but in light of recent events(information leaks) I downright hate it.
