What is the best program to use?

Hello guys.
I was wondering whats the best program for coding html and css?
And whats the difference between Notepad++ and Sublime Text 2.

well , sublime does feature a nice colors that distinguish the different parts of the code .. also it does complete your close tags for you immediately and can spare you the time of writing the basic structure of html, head & body tags every time you make a new document.. but if you are a begginer it is a good practice to use the notepad++ to member the syntax

🐍Python3 and Django for building strong and very rich website ( flask is used for small website,but Django for everything), only HTML knowledge is required in addition.

kivy ( a Python supported Program for anroid )is used for making android apps.

HTML is used to make web structure.

CSS is used to give style or animate web

JAVASCRIPT is used to make dynamic web (you can even make game)

PHP is server side scripting language

SQL is database manajemen in server side

C++ is multiplatform OOP based programming language (you can make many app including Games)

C# is more spesific (windows os) than C++

Java is used to build app that can run on any devices (including Android). JAVA is not JAVASCRIPT

Python is multiplatform OOP based programming languages with easy syntax (compared to other OOP Language)

Swift is for building apple / IOS app .
