jQuery XP Question from curiosity

Question

We earn jQuery XP only from learning section (We can't challenge anybody in jQuery or earn jQuery points from coding).
So how is it possible that people with completed jQuery course have diffrent jQuery XP?

I think that the way people do this is by answering questions in the languages discousion part and getting upvotes this is probably wrong tho
