Who/What Influenced you to code?
Who or what influenced you all to get in to coding? Or was it just something you decided to give a go. I have only just recently started with Python although that was more through wanting to learn someyhing a little more challenging than the web languages that i was used to.

I always wanted to make video games, so I started because of that, but it’s grown into so much more. Websites, games, blogs, anything I can think of, I can now make with lots of well spent hard work. So I started because of video games, but it’s opened up a whole new world.

I wanted to make android apps. So I downloaded an app called Apk Builder. When I opened this app, It told me that html is required for creating apps. I just googled what is html and that's it, My journey to coding started.

My neighbor with Commodore 64. I remember typing off pages of GW-Basic demo text-based game code from books in the library to only end up with cryptic compile errors. Luckily I stuck with it. Good old times... 😊

I started attending a Microsoft sponsored 4-H coding group in December of 2017 and downloaded a bunch of apps for learning coding. Of coarse, SoloLearn was on of them. But it has developed into so much more than just learning. I have friends here (my only real friends in existence because I am homeschooled) and I can interact with people outside of church (my dad is a pastor) and talk about pretty much anything (music that might not have the best content, video games, and especially....... CODING!!!!

My parents bought me a Pentium III pc when I was 8 years old. I've been obsessed with computing since then. As a kid, I loved taking it apart and putting it back again, fixing hardware/software problems by myself, and playing video games that piqued my interest in both, code and design. I'm an avid learner and love learning new things.
Everything about the inner workings of a computer is absolutely fascinating! :)

no one directly influenced me, it all started with my fascination to AI and the feeling of having the ability to create something that is complex..
