Best framework to create android apps with javascript?

I know HTML, CSS, and some Javascript, languages that are mostly used in webdesign. But I want to create apps using these, so I was wondering what kind of frame work that would allow me to use Javascript and HTML to create an android app?

I don't know which is the best, but I can name some options so you can see which one you like the most:

There are other frameworks, but these are the ones I know.

I just switched to react native from Ionic. React Native give a more native feel than ionic
