Need an advice for switching with IDE for Ruby on Linux

Hi everyone,
I am a beginner or more than a beginner in Ruby And framework Ruby on Rails .
I am doing my project on Netbeans All the time.
Now, I wanted to switch from Netbeans to another IDE. My Friends here recommend me RubyMine.

Is RubyMine good or something else?

Ruby mine is good for web development too! You should learn HTML5 and Rails to be a web developer on Ruby! 😀
