I have coded a splash screen page but i found a whole problem, Help me plz.

Question

I'm still learning JavaScript so, i don't know how can i solve the problem. Now, i have coded a splash screen page in HTML and CSS but it's needs JS code :
i have tried the code that my friend gave me it in JS but i can't use it after the page timeout i want to make it redirect to another page, for example i have opened the page after the time is ends it must redirect to another html page can someone help me ? 😃😅
