well what can i say, i don't really use Facebook that much so i don't care about the data leakage, or rather to put it properly the selling of data for money.(after all they won't just give you a free service in exchange for nothing right) but man i love all the memes coming up about Facebook and zuckerberg : D

What do you mean by 'data leakage', exactly. I doubt Facebook was ever designed to not disclose your information that you provide willingly. The aim has always been data monetisation, which would certainly involve exchanging your data with third party advertisers, as stated in Facebook's ToS (which most who complain, probably did not care to read). When you create an account online (regardless of which site you are on), you put yourself at risk of a data breach event. If you think that the service provider should be liable, perhaps it would be a better idea not to use the service.

not a fan of Facebook but a fan of Zuckerberg. I have accounts but I used it as a tool in marketing purposes which it served so well and easy back in the days, I have never posted any personal stuffs there whose getting public will harm me in any way. and if someone can make something of that stuff I am ok with it. well said Hatsy Rei and Jan Markus
